DAY 01
HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR
Welcome to Vietnam
Upon arrival, our driver meets and greets then transfer you to hotel for check in. Check in time: 14.00
Afternoon, guide and vehicle pick up, visit the Reunification Palace, the home and workplace of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. After that take a walk outside the Notre Dame Cathedral, built between 1877 and 1883, most materials for Saigon’s Notre Dame Cathedral were imported from France, and one of the city’s major landmarks. Next to the cathedral stands the Saigon Post Office, a classic French colonial structure, is still a functioning post office today and features huge ceilings, a giant portrait of Uncle Ho, and many beautiful details. Final visit is to Ben Thanh Market Overnight in HCM city.
DAY 02
HO CHI MINH CITY to DA NANG
Breakfast at hotel then check out. Transfer to the airport with driver to board a flight to Danang. You are greeted upon arrival and driven to your hotel in the city centre (The normal check in time is 14:0015:00).

DAY 03
CAM THANH VILLAGE AND HOI AN OLD TOWN
We transfer to visit Cam Thanh water coconut village. We will receive a briefing about the daily life of Vietnamese fishermen, their families and their community before we board on boat and enjoy cruising on the Cua Dai River. We then join the local fisherman on the river as we try your hand at casting a net, learn how to paddle the Vietnamese unique bamboo basket boat and explore the now tranquil coconut palm flanking the waterways. We also learn about the extreme conditions endured by soldiers of both sides in this area during the Vietnam War. Spend some time to relax and enjoy the surroundings before transferring back to our hotel.
Stroll down to Hoi An Old Town, a UNESCO world heritage site you will go on to see Japanese Bridge, a prime attraction in Old Town. Stop by the Old Chapel House Complex and Phuc Kien Assembly Halls before shopping at the local market and taking a break over an authentic lunch. The tour concludes with a visit Hoi An Silk Village Center — a great place to pick up a few souvenirs. Overnight in Danang.
DAY 04
DA NANG – BA NA HILLS
After breakfast, driver will pick you up and transfer 40 minutes to Ba Na hills area where your cable car transfer will be waiting to take you up to an altitude of 1487m above sea level. This is the second longest cable car in the world, with a difference of 1292m between the 2 stations. On a visit to Ba Na hills, you will be able to enjoy visits to an ecological park, a theme park, a pagoda, and a mock French village.
Accompanied by a tour guide, you can walk the “Golden Bridge” – the pedestrian walkway offering
tourist’s uninterrupted views of the majestic landscape beneath. Next you will have some free time to explore the park some more, spend more time to relax at your preference then make your way back to the cable car to venture back down the mountain to meet up with your guide again and transfer to your hotel for stay overnight.
DAY 05
TRANSFER TO HANOI – TRAN QUOC PAGODA
Rest at leisure before checking out and transferring to the airport for your onward flight.
Welcome to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival, greeted by the local tour guide and transfer to downtown. Check in your hotel.
The standard check in time is 14:00 – 15:00pm. Early check in is not included and subject to hotel availability.
We head out to the Tran Quoc Pagoda. We then walk along the beautiful Hung Vuong Avenue and its colonial houses to the Presidential Palace (formerly Palace of the Governor-General of French Indochina). We visit Hoan Kiem Lake, then explore the lively Old Quarter which will provide another fascinating insight into the character and history of the city
DAY 06
HA LONG BAY
Pick up and departure in the morning from Hanoi. We drive across the Red River delta and reach the coast a little before noon. We then embark on a beautifully crafted junk for an overnight cruise in the legendary seascape of Ha Long Bay. Once on board, we are served a delicious seafood-based lunch, while the surrounding limestone outcrops make for a truly magical setting. In the afternoon, we reach a less travelled area where we will devote ourselves to pure relaxation. The program is not fixed and depends on the time of the year and weather, but there will be an opportunity to visit a cave as well as explore a floating village or do a little bit of kayaking over the course of these 2 days. We end the day on the sundeck as the sun sets on this magical seascape. This evening, you can enjoy an aperitif or attend a cooking demonstration before dinner. Overnight in a comfortable private cabin.
Note: Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.
DAY 07
DEPATURE
(OPTIONAL) For those early birds, start the day with a proposed Tai Chi session, while tea and coffee are served as the sun rises and illuminates the surrounding seascape. We then continue our exploration of the bay. Upon returning to the boat, check-out of your cabin and enjoy a light brunch while cruising back to the pier. We disembark and transfer back to Hanoi.

Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
This deposit must be paid within 5 days of booking confirmation to secure your spot.
Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the departure date.
Late Payment: Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund of the deposit.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card (Service Charges Apply), or Cash. Please note that credit card payments may incur additional fees.
Currency: All prices are quoted in local currency (INR) or USD, and payments must be made in the same currency unless otherwise agreed.

20 days prior to departure:
50% refund of the total package cost.
10 days prior to departure:
25% refund of the total package cost.

Cancellation by Tour Operator: In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Customers will receive a full refund or have the option to rebook for a later date.
Non-refundable Components: Certain services like flights, visas, and hotel bookings may be non-refundable once confirmed. In such cases, the customer will be informed in advance and these costs will not be refunded.
Changes in Itinerary: Any changes requested by the customer after the tour has started will be subject to availability and additional charges.

✦ As per the immigration authority of Vietnam, it is mandatory to carry adequate finance equivalent to 6020850 Dongs per person or 15052822 dongs per family in the form of cash/credit card, as a security amount.
